The Park City Film Series, a 501 c3 non-profit arts organization based in beautiful Park City, UT is seeking an experienced, dynamic executive director to lead the organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the successful growth of an organization and have an established track record raising funds in support of mission. Creatively driving programmatic growth and establishing partnerships with the community, corporations and other nonprofits will be priorities for this role and thus successful candidates will have experience in these areas. A strong candidate will be able to articulate a compelling vision for the organization and have the capacity to marshal resources to achieve it. The executive director will drive all facets of the organization including general management, program design and oversight, compliance, and working with the board or directors. She or he will also oversee a part-time program director, venue managers and vendor relationships.
Strong track record in fundraising, program management and partnership development are musts. Experience working with organizations related to film and/or other arts is not required, but a plus.
