All positions are full-time, unpaid and will last for 10-12 weeks (June-August). All Fellows will be required to attend training in Washington DC, Ottawa or Europe. Qualifications: There are no geographic or nationality restrictions. The program is geared towards graduate students currently in a Masters program, although exceptions may be made.

welcomes artists from Africa and the Caribbean in residence for
experimentation and creation of works in relation to the themes of the
festival, that is to say : the inter-relationship between technology
and the transformation of society (citizenship, ecology, town
development, energy…), digital experimentation, free practices (Do
It Yourself and Open Source), high tech and low tech technological
creations, re-routing, recycling.
Sensibles al momento de transformación por el que está pasando el audiovisual a través de los nuevos dispositivos tecnológicos y las redes sociales, este encuentro se construye con la vocación de proporcionar al participante un espacio de aprendizaje, análisis y búsqueda de ideas y soluciones.
